Practice Schedule

Detailed Schedule Subject To Change
 

All teams will have knowledgeable and experienced coaches that will work with each athlete to provide them with the best experience possible. Practices will consist of 2 hours twice a week depending on the program. Teams will only practice on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays unless cleared by Director, Coach, & Parent. Each practice will be focused on individual and team growth by understanding how to better the ball. Coaches will teach skills, train the athletes' bodies to perform at peak condition, and build leaders along the way. We expect that our practices are the foundation for competitors. 

 

State Travel will practice twice a week for 2 hours each - Beginning after signing in November through Regionals in April

Regional Travel will practice twice a week for 2 hours each - Beginning after signing in November through Regionals in March

Power Travel will practice twice a week for 2 hours each - Beginning after signing in November through The Big South in April *

Power Extended Travel will practice two times a week for 2 hours each - Beginning after signing in November through mid May* 

 

*If teams qualify for Nationals, practice will resume through National Tournament
