Fundraising Opportunities

We have a couple really beneficial fundraising opportunities for you to earn some money that will go directly to your 2018-2019 club fees.

You may begin working these fundraisers as soon as you have paid your acceptance fee of $200 to the club through the portal.

Opportunity #1:

This option is to work for EPI the last 3 home Clemson Football games.  Workers must be 18 or older for this job. The pay is $8.50/hour tax-free and will come directly to the club to be designated to your account balance.  The dates for these are 11/3, 11/17 & 11/24.

Opportunity #2:

Clemson Concessions allows non-profit organizations to come in and work basketball and baseball games.  Each person working earns a percentage of the profits from the concession stand that you work.  Men's basketball requires a minimum of 12 volunteers in order to secure a concession stand. Women's basketball requires 8 volunteers.  When working these, each person attending can earn anywhere between $15-60. This all depends on the amount of sales that are made during the time period that the concession stand is open.

So, for example, if you round of 5 people that are willing to work with you for a few hours and the profit distribution is $25 per person, Crossfire will receive $125 that will go directly towards your club fees.

In order for this to be lucrative, you must ensure that your counts at the beginning and the end of the shift are accurate and that you are selling the correct items for the correct prices.  You must have great attention to detail or else you will not make as much money as possible.

Basketball games require that you arrive 2.5 hours before tip off and you MUST stay until the stand is completely closed, counted and turned in to the office.

Upcoming dates for this opportunity are as follows:

Opportunity #3:

Chase Todd Photography is giving us the opportunity to sell family portrait tickets.  Each ticket sold gives the family the chance to book an appointment and receive a free 8X10 with no obligation to purchase anything else. This fundraiser would last approximately a month. Each athlete would sign out numbered tickets, collect cash or check (written to Crossfire with the athletes name in the memo line) and then turn in to the club. If tickets are not sold, they must be returned to Crossfire. Any tickets unaccounted for will be the responsibility of the athlete to pay for. We will have more information about this at signing night.

Our club contact for these three fundraising opportunities is Dana Stephenson.
Everything needs to be scheduled directly through her.
